預(yù)想負荷(kgf) =切削寬度(mm)x1刃的切深(mm)x單位面積切削阻力(kgf/mm²) x同時切削刃數(shù)安全負荷(kgf) = 1.8x預(yù)想負荷(kgf)
預(yù)想負荷是拉刀在普通狀態(tài)下加工時所必需的切削力。 隨著拉刀刀刃的不斷磨損.就需要逐斬加大切削力, 但加大到一定程度后拉刀會破損 , 或者因拉床的維護狀態(tài)不良而在切削中停機。 安全負荷就是指為了防止出現(xiàn)上述情況的允許切削力 。
Calculation of pulling force Expected force(Kgf) =Cutting width x Cutting depth/1 tooth(mm) x specific cutting resistance(kgf/mm²) x number of simultaneous Safety load(kgf)=1.8 x Expected force(kgf).
Expected force means that necessary cutting force for broaching under norma1 condition. Safety load is permitted cutting force.
拉刀全長和拉床行程的關(guān)系
Broach cutter length and machines stroke
拉刀的長度要受到拉床的行程及夾具的限制 。
拉刀刃長+后部柄長(MAX)= (最大行程) - (工件切削長度)
所需行程=刃長+工件切削長度+后柄長度<拉床最大行程
